Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensboro, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 16, 2022, this project has been awarded to Unity Landscape Design/Build Inc. and the awarded amount is $376,607.18** The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for construction of stormwater management improvements at the Greensboro Volunteer Fire Company fire station, 116 North Main Street, Greensboro, MD 21639, including: - Construction of a step-pool conveyance system with outfall control system and outfall pipe; - Removal of asphalt parking lot and installation of Powerblock paver system; - Installation of underground storm drain piping and drain basins; - Construction of an infiltration basin and pre-treatment stilling basin at pipe discharge point; - Restoration and planting of vegetative swale and construction of rock outfall; - Removal of invasive species and planting of native species.
