Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
This project includes the construction of Har-ber Avenue from 48th Street east to 40th Street including an overpass over Interstate 49 in Springdale, Arkansas. Contract items include concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, a 467-ft continuous composite plate girder bridge, MSE and modular block walls, relocation of 12" water and 8" sanitary sewer lines, curb and gutter, traffic signal, street lighting, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items.
