Cut off for questions is 4.30 PM On Thursday, March 31, 2022 ALL POSPECTIVE BIDDERS NEED TO REACH OUT TO JEANNIE JEFFERIES DIRECTLY TO BE PLACED ON PLAN HOLDERS LIST LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Thirty (30) working days is the length ofthe contract (once materials are on site). LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. FUNDING Funding for this project is provided by the City of Hagerstown; American Rescue Plan Act of 2021; and Hagerstown Ice & Sports Complex Board. BID SURETY: 10% Bid Bond, Cashiers Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. CONTRACT BONDS: The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract. ESTIMATED START: Notice to Proceed will be issued early May 2022. WAGE RATES: Wage Rates are required due to the Federal funding as listed herein.
