The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Potomac Center facility is seeking a Contractor to provide yearly HVAC Preventative Maintenance each Spring on twenty (20) split-system air conditioning units, six (6) rooftop package units, one (1) chiller (refrigeration side only), eighteen (18) fan coil units, forty-three (43) rooftop exhaust fans, and seven (7) Mechanical Room exhaust fans. All equipment is located at the Potomac Center, 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. The resulting contract shall be for 2022 and 2023 preventative maintenance (2 seasons). The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation will begin on or about April 25, 2022, for a two (2) season period of performance to conclude after May 31, 2023 (PM for Spring 2022 and Spring 2023). The Potomac Center will provide all air filters and fan belts needed for this work. The selected Offeror shall supply all remaining parts, materials, labor, and supervision to complete the following during the Spring (April/May) of EACH CONTRACT YEAR
