Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereafter referred to as NRHA, hereby seeks the services of a qualified lawn care contractor for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at Young Terrace and Calvert Square communities. Both locations are within the City of Norfolk, VA. Landscaping and Grounds maintenance services have historically been performed in-house by NRHA personnel therefore, no current incumbent contractor is performing these services. The Authority has elected to seek outside services for the properties identified herein NIGP Commodity Code for this effort is: 98836 - Grounds Maintenance - Mowing, Edging, Planting, (not tree), Trimming, etc. All bids shall conform to the requirements of Attachment A - HUD form 5369-B, Instructions to Offerors, Non-Construction. The period of performance is for up to five (5) years with four (4) - one-year options. NRHA reserves the right to exercise option years. Submission of a response to this bid guarantees that the Supplier is bound to the contract and all option years.
