In addition, an hourly rate for a qualified technician is requested for breakdown and emergency services in the form of a bank of hours. The contract awarded is of the turnkey type. The successful contractor will be responsible for the cost of materials, replacement parts, tools, equipment and all other incidental charges, including the full cost of skilled labor for the proper execution of the work. The scope of the work includes, in particular, periodic visits to carry out the inspection, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of the equipment covered by this mandate, the updating of the diagrams of the thermal and plumbing networks, as well as the service of troubleshooting and emergency call, as described in this document. The contractor selected is solely responsible for evaluating the hours and human resources that he will have to devote to carrying out this mandate. However, the minimum number of hours required for periodic inspections and maintenance work is twenty-eight (28) hours per week, divided into four (4) visits of seven (7) hours each, fifty-two (52) weeks per year. These hours are working hours, they do not include lunch breaks or other breaks or downtime for technicians. During these visits, BAnQ's designated representative will inform the contractor's staff selected of all the problems noted so that corrective action can be taken. It is important to mention that the personnel of the contractor retained for this mandate will have to work in close collaboration with the personnel of other contractors due to the interaction of the systems. BAnQ expects full cooperation from the contractor retained in carrying out the mandate, whether with BAnQ or with other contractors. No later than three (3) months after the contract is awarded to the successful contractor, the latter must provide the designated representative of BAnQ with a document listing the equipment, including the tests and vibration analysis required in Appendix B of this document. The successful contractor acknowledges having read the current state of maintenance and accepts the equipment in its current state.
