Renovation of an educational facility in New Buffalo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids shall be addressed to New Buffalo Public Schools. Bids shall be sealed and have the name, address & phone number of the bidder and the following text "Bid for High School Overhead Door Project" on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the bid forms included in the contract documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which best serves its interests. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the Scheduled opening without consent of the owner. A. Start of construction: April 18, 2022 B. Substantial Completion of all Work: July 15, 2022 B. Totally Complete the Work Including Punch List Items: July 30, 2022
