Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for the purchase and delivery of multi-purpose emulsion defoamer, as per the specifications contained in the bid document. The City reserves the right to award any single item or combination of items and to award to multiple vendors as it deems in its own best interest. Buyers Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Material Safety Data Sheets Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Bidders are required to submit electronically their completed, signed bid document with detailed responses in the fields provided and attachments, etc. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The City reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity or informality that City deems correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the bid response.
