The project consists of lining approximately 2,400 linear feet of 60 storm sewer in the Linden Heights neighborhood. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment and materials for the application of a centrifugally cast concrete pipe (CCCP) liner on existing concrete storm sewer pipe. This Project is being bid with a 5% SBE, 10% MBE, & 5% WBE participation goal. A company must be certified as SBE for the SBE goal, MBE for the MBE goal, and WBE for the WBE goal at the time of the bid opening, and must be pre-qualified to perform the proposed subcontracted work.Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such.
