The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to secure approximately 1,750 vacant residential or commercial structures or equivalent square footage, which includes garage doors, and cisterns as assigned by the Division of Housing and Inspections. The materials used shall be, plywood boards with a minimum thickness of 1/2 " and various types of screws, washers, and rods depending upon structure materials. All materials used in providing the service are to be new and unused. For securing, re-boarding may be done with the materials used from previous City securing requests (i.e., previously painted and stenciled plywood may be reused if it is in good condition and matches current specifications.) No Particle, Wafer or OSB Boards are to be used. Clearing of pathways to secure properties or cisterns may be required. There is no list of structures associated with this solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any irregularities in a submittal, or to accept the submittal(s) which in the judgment of proper officials, is in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a submittal unless otherwise restricted in the RFQ or issue subsequent RFQs. The City reserves the right to approve or reject any sub-Contractors proposed for work under this proposal or waive any minor irregularities
