Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Waterproof Valve Actuator Project (PP-1134), for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department, Solid Waste. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. Waterproof valve actuators shall be retrofittable to normal water and sewer buried valves that utilize a two-inch square operating nut for normal operation. Actuators would have the ability to provide a torque rating between 44 ft lbs. (60 Newton Metre) and 405 ft lbs. (550 Newton Metre). Electric decoupling is required to prevent valve stem damage. It is necessary to operate in temperatures between -15- and 100- degrees Fahrenheit and at a depth of 2 to 10 feet in a wet or submerged environments. Styles of valves the actuators would be attached too are butterfly, ball, and gate valves commonly used in water distribution or wastewater collection systems in the United States of America. Control devices such as personal computers, laptops, iPads, and iPhones should have the capability to use all software related to the products provided
