The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Forestry Division, requires the services of an Operator to repair existing dirt roads for a distance of approximately 16,646 feet in SGL 062, Keating Township, McKean County and to improve parking areas along the Barney Brook Road. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, superintendence, miscellaneous items, and performing all work necessary to complete the project to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of the Commission. Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation. Summary Of Road Improvements: a). 16,664 feet of roadway to grade and prepare for stone. b). 4,485 tons # 3A modified durable stone c). 5,612 tons of # 2A modified durable stone d). 16,664 feet of roadway stone to grade and roll with 10-ton vibratory roller e). Thirteen (13) culverts 18 inches in diameter and 30 feet long to install as replacements and dispose of original culverts. g). Twenty-three (23) culverts 18 inches in diameter and 30 feet long to install at new locations. h). Roughly 3 acres of disturbed roadsides to seed with wheat or oats. i). Headwalls and endwalls built on 46 culverts j). 46 Tons of Large clean rocks 9 inches to 18 inches in size to protect 40 culvert outlets from erosion.
