The work to be done generally consists of installing ADA compliant curb ramps at multiple locations in the unincorporated Bay Point, Pacheco, Rodeo, and Contra Costa Centre areas. Number of Working Days : 80 You are required to subcontract a minimum of 21% of your bid in accordance with the Mandatory Subcontracting Minimum requirements within these special provisions. Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be viewed but not obtained at the Public Works Department, 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, California 94553-4897, Monday - Thursday (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), and Friday (7:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.). The Public Works Department does not guarantee the arrival of the plans and specifications in time for bidding. You may obtain electronic PDF copies of the plans and specifications upon purchase of the bid package through the Online.
