The County intends to retain qualified and committed professional LA firms to be part of the landscape project team for on-call work for the years 2022- 2025. The LA firms chosen shall assist the County in managing, inspecting, and overseeing developer and County landscape projects and encroachment permits. The selected LA firms shall provide staff that can perform the duties of a Landscape Plan Checker, Landscape Construction Field Inspector, Grounds and Facilities Inspector, and/or Playground Safety Inspector. On typical County landscape projects, the Landscape Architect Representative shall perform all landscape inspections. Last date to submit written questions: May 20, 2022 no later than 3:00 P.M. PDT The County reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
