Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid. The Warren County Water and Sewer Department is seeking a responsible vendor to provide water treatment chemicals (Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrofluorosilicic Acid, Sodium Bisulfite and Sodium Hydroxide) to the Richard A. Renneker Water Treatment Plant according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The Richard A. Renneker Water Treatment Plant is in the process of upgrading to Nano Filtration. The first part of the year will require delivery of 55 Gallon Drums of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCL) 12.5% and Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (HFS) 23%. After startup of the new softening plant the delivery of these chemicals will need to be changed to tanker/bulk delivery.
