As of May 20, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Ingham County seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract for the purpose of moving underground wire and a transformer from one building to another building at the Ingham County Road Department. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on March 14, 2022 Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Contractor, as Principal, shall furnish a Surety Bond in form acceptable to the County of Ingham in an amount at least equal to one-hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount as security for faithful performance and Payment of this contract. All work shall be completed no later than June 2022. Ingham County reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this Request for Proposal, to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in responses, and/or to negotiate the terms and conditions of all or any part of the responses as determined to be in the County's best interests in its sole discretion.
