Renovation of an educational facility in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work at Lyons Farm Elementary School includes Telecommunications/Networking- Contractor shall provide a complete and operational system including but not limited to data racks, patch panels, copper cabling, data jacks, fiber optic cabling and all testing. The data outlet boxes in typical spaces, vertical conduit stub-ups, cable tray in corridors and conduit sleeves thru fire wall are existing as noted on the contract documents Bid security required is 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required.
