Site work for a stadium in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The Work generally includes: General maintenance and repairs to the existing bleachers. Connection points have either been loosened by vandalism or wear and tear. Handrails will be added to the stair aisles to improve the movement and stability of spectators. The Work shall be completed before the first home football game on August 5. Provide repairs and modifications to the existing stadium home and visitor bleachers. o No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. o Bid security required is 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. o Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount will be required. o Durham Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities.
