Site work for a water / sewer project in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the installation of a lining system in approximately 1,700 feet of an existing 18-inch ductile iron pipe sewer force main, providing temporary flow control, replacement of existing air release valve and manhole, and rehabilitation and installation of a monolithic liner in two manholes. Bids will only be accepted from pre-qualified contractors who are listed on the Plan Holders List, signifying that they have purchased a set of documents from the Engineer, and who attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
