Construction of new outdoor athletic facilities at the site of a new elementary school building currently under construction in Orange City, IA. This is the 4 th bid issuance for the elementary project that consists of a new track & artificial turf football/soccer, baseball and softball fields, field lighting and support facilities. Mass Grading, Electrical, as well as the school building itself have previously been bid and awarded. New Athletic Facilities at the New Elementary School Bid Issuance 4 Deposit checks shall be made payable to and left with W.A. Klinger. Unsuccessful bidders must return their drawings and specifications to W.A. Klinger in good condition, and within 14 days of the award of contracts in order to receive a refund of their deposit.
