The Richland School District No. 400 is requesting qualifications for experienced and knowledgeable firms interested in providing an irrigation system design for the Chief Joseph Middle School playfields located at 504 Wilson Street, Richland, WA. Documents received after the designated time and date will not be considered. Interested firms with recent experience involving design of irrigation systems for school districts are requested to submit qualifications. Firms must have the required state licenses and certifications in these professions, and knowledge of Washington State RCW39.80. Women, minority, and veteran-owned firms are encouraged to submit qualifications. Emphasis will be placed on area representation and responsiveness to various District requirements. In order to be considered, interested firms should submit (1) paper copy and (1) electronic copy via USB thumb drive of their qualifications statement. The qualifications package should be (15) 8.5" x 11" pages or less organized in the below format, with no less than 11-point font. The Richland School District also reserves the right to cancel or to reissue the RFQ prior to execution of a contract. Short-listed firms may be asked to participate in personal interviews with the School District selection committee. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
