Replace Under Slab Sewer Piping to exterior clean-out at front of building. Bath Renovations New Bath Accessories New Floor Tile New LVT Flooring Remove & reinstall base cabinets, countertops, ranges, refrigerators and washing machines. Caulk countertops along wall. Complete cleaning of ranges and refrigerators; See Deduct Alternate to omit in Form of Bid. Replace the galvanized pipe and washer box in each apartment. (Note: piping from kitchen sink to floor has previously been replaced per Owner and is not part of work.) Asbestos Abatement per the Abatement Designer, One Source Environmental (Owner's separate Consultant). Provide all other work as shown or indicated on plans, in the Project Manual and as required by Codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
