The City of Charlotte, North Carolina, is now accepting Proposals for Storm Drainage Video Inspection And Pipe Cleaning Services on federally (NCDOT/FHWA) funded projects. The requirements for submitting a Proposal are stated in the attached Request for Proposals (the RFP). Please review them carefully. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor, follow the directions for City Procurement to arrive at Room # 200A. The pink color bid box is located on the left across from Room # 200A. If you plan to hand deliver your proposal, please advise the Procurement Agent above by calling 980.287.7667. DO NOT place your proposal in White Bid Boxes on the 1st floor. If mailing or delivering your submittal, please include One (1) electronic copy of the Proposal on a flash drive in a searchable format such as MS Word or Adobe Acrobat and one (1) original Proposal signed in ink by a company official authorized to make a legal and binding offer of your Proposal must be submitted in a sealed box or opaque envelope plainly marked with the Proposal number and service description.
