Optional FedEx or UPS delivery will also be available for an additional charge of $30.00. Bidders must submit with his or her bid "Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity". A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin.
