Renovation of an educational facility in Toluca, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,685-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

As of March 19, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project consists of ventilation of existing roofing membrane and placement of new cover board, EPDM and flashings on the 6,685 square foot "1926 3-story building" roof at Toluca Intermediate School. Bids are requested by the Board of Education of Fieldcrest CUSD #6 for 2025 Partial Roof Replacement at Fieldcrest West Intermediate School, 306 North Maple Street, Toluca, Illinois 61369. Bidder will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bidding, and to award contract in Owner's best interests. Prospective bidders and sub-bidders requiring clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make requests for such as early in the bidding period as possible. Last day for questions will be Thursday, January 9, 2025 (12:00 P.M. local time). Required interpretations, clarifications, corrections, or modifications of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum. Such information provided in any other manner will not be binding upon the Architect or the Owner. Last day for issuing an addendum will be Friday, March 7, 2025 (12:00 P.M. local time).
