Irrigation, Concrete Pavement, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Electrical and Controls, Parks, Recreation, Athletic & Aquatic Facilities, Landscaping, Stormwater Improvements Description: Improvements to (2) fields in the Holiday Park Youth Baseball Complex located at 1701 Railroad Avenue in West Des Moines. The improvements to generally include DEMOLITION of existing dugouts, portions of fencing and playing fields; EARTHWORK including installation of storm sewer utilities, field grading, soil amendments, installation of infield material, and warning track; REFURBISHING existing foul poles; PROVIDING AND INSTALLING new athletic equipment; CONSTRUCTION of new dugouts, fencing, and concrete walks; ELECTRICAL improvements; IRRIGATION system replacement; and complete field SODDING. Work on said project shall commence within ten (10) days of the written notice to proceed and shall be completed by October 1, 2022.
