Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of new pickleball courts located at Valley View Park . Other associated work includes earth work, storm piping, subsurface storm drainage piping, sidewalks, asphalt paving, pickleball equipment, court lighting, erosion control and site restoration. Project includes four (4) add alternates consisting of a futsal court and associated work, lighting improvements, and two shade structures. e results being reported to the West Des Moines City Council at their meeting on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 5:35 p.m. at which time the Council may take action on the proposals submitted or at such time as may then be fixed.
