Site work and paving for a civil project in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Provide a detailed bid to furnish all labor, material and equipment including construction of a 4,924' long by 10' wide HMA bike path including grading, tree removal and restoration, installation of a 160' long steel bridge including handrail and installation of piers and concrete abutment to support the bridge per the project drawings and specifications. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/31/2022 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No All Bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
