The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a solicitation to secure a one (1) year contract with four (4) optional renewals for janitorial services at the Department of Conservation and Recreations (DCR) Soil and Water Division Office located at 220C East Main Street, Radford, VA 24141. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Cristina Garcia (804) 625-3973 cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to provide janitorial services once per week at our Radford location in accordance with the specifications outlined in this scope of work. Janitorial Services shall be provided one (1) day per week on Wednesdays. Any deviation to this schedule must be mutually agreed to by the Contractor and the Purchasing Agency. A proposed schedule for the semi-annual services to be rendered shall be submitted with your bid. The office consists of six (6) offices, two (2) single-stall restrooms, one (1) printer/copier room, one (1) conference room, and a table/cabinet with microwave, and refrigerator. The Contract Period will be for one (1) year from March 30, 2022 through February 28, 2023 with four (4) optional annual renewals in accordance with Section II, Clause I of this solicitation. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for (60) days. At the end of the (60) days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled.
