Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Construction, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Curbs, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) The work for which bids are asked includes the following approximate quantities: 615 LF of sanitary sewer (8" PVC) and laterals along with associated sanitary sewer work; 1,000 L.F. of water main (4" thru 8" PVC) and services; 330 LF of storm sewer (12" thru 15" RCP) and associated storm structure work; 5,150 S.Y. aggregate base course; 1,500 S.Y. topsoil and seeding; 5,000 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 9,850 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 1,750 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; 1,900 L.F. of epoxy pavement markings; as well as all related work including spot driveway replacement, unclassified excavation, erosion control, and traffic control. if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Pursuant to Section 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes, the minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Federal wage rates.
