Only those who have a business establishment in Quebec, New Brunswick or Ontario (ACCQO, AQNB) and who have obtained through the site in their name, the tender documents are eligible to bid. tenders issued by the municipality. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of enterprises eligible for public contracts (REA).
