The work covered by the specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for street improvements including pavement planing, partial depth pavement repairs, full depth pavement repairs, asphalt resurfacing, asphalt, drive aprons, and pavement markings including all appurtenances. These improvements shall begin no later than May 1, 2022 and must attain Final Completion by July 1, 2022. All bidders and subcontractors must be ODOT prequalified in the categories required for the type of work they are to perform. Such check or bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Aurora, Ohio and will be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the bidder, the Contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured.
