The state of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management, and Budget, request services of a Professional Services Contractor to provide high-quality professional environmental services necessary to complete remedial investigation, design, and remedial action tasks and the bring the site to compliance with current state and federal environmental requirements. This will require the Professional Services Contractor to conduct a comprehensive technical review and evaluation of existing files and documents; plan and coordinate all aspect of professional services; design and implement soil characterization, vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation actions, and deep groundwater studies; sample collection; quality assurance project plan compliance; prepare a Record of Decision Amendment; attendance at public meetings; prepare necessary deed restrictions and institutional controls; coordinate access with private parties; and other support activities including general technical support, preparation of statements of work, review/preparation of remedial design documentation, and development of work plans for long-term monitoring activities.
