The scope of the work involves the development and construction of a new 4-story parking garage with 13,701 sq. ft. office space. The late Respondent will be notified and will advise the Gregg County Purchasing Agent as to the disposition by either pick up, return at bidder's expense, or destroyed with written authorization. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal procedure or proposals when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the County.
