Spring Hill ISD Door Access Control Upgrade Email: rfp@shisd.net The SHISD Board will review all proposals at the general meeting September 12, 2022. The Spring Hill ISD reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any sealed competitive proposals, waive all formalities, and to award the sealed competitive proposal that is most advantageous to the Spring Hill ISD. SCOPE OF WORK Spring Hill ISD will receive proposals for an installation of new Access Control equipment for SHISD campuses/buildings as presented in this proposal. The winning bidder must install equipment that fully integrates into our existing door access control system (VI MonitorCast) that was previously installed in 2019 AND functions with the district's current proximity cards/fobs. Spring Hill ISD is aware of product shortages and availability issues of certain mercury boards and would possibly consider another platform but our primary goal is to keep the platform we have in place now. Proposals should include references from similar projects with school districts that have been completed within the last 3 years. Vendors should be bonded and insured. Electronic copies of proposals must be received no later than the time and date indicated above. Any response received after this date will not be considered.
