**As of April 14, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 18, 2022.** furnishing of labor and materials required for the FORT THOMAS 2022 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM, all in accordance with these instructions, conditions, specifications, and on the enclosed forms. All shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City of Fort Thomas, and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope FORT THOMAS 2022 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM. A cashiers check or certified check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, and made payable to the order of the Owner, in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the Bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Kentucky to provide said surety DATE FOR COMPLETION - It is the intent and requirements of the owner that the proposed Work shall be installed and operational no later than FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. The City Council of the City of Fort Thomas, reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids
