Site Directions: 700 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, Kentucky 41075 Online Bidding: Available Fee for bidding online is $15.00 The Work covered in this section includes furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of six gates and a new fence approximately 2400 linear feet around the Northern Kentucky Water District's ("NKWD") Fort Thomas Treatment Plant ("FTTP") North Reservoir. Contractor shall be responsible for removal and proper storage on the premises of existing fencing materials and preparing surface to receive fencing installation. Work shall be substantially complete within 90 days of the date the Contract Times commence to run. The date the Contract Times commence to run will be established in a Notice to Proceed to be issued in writing by District to the Contractor. The Work will be completed and ready for final payment within 100 days of the date the Contract Times commence to run. The Work is expected to begin after the completion of the District's Fort Thomas Treatment Plant North Reservoir Area Asphalt Restoration project. The anticipated timeframe for the Work's project start date is the first quarter of 2023, but no guarantees are made as to the project schedule.
