Wehr Constructors is accepting sealed Bids for the 3 following Bid Packages ONLY Bid Package 9 - Glazing and Storefront Bid Package 13 - Joint Sealants and Waterproofing Bid Package 21 - Mechanical Each successful subcontractor will be required to purchase one complete set of plans, specifications, and bid manual and provide individual proof of insurance naming Wehr Constructors Inc., Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, and the Oldham County Fiscal Court as additional insured under the policies. The insurance requirement shall be based upon contract amount. If the contract is less than $1 Million, the subcontractor shall maintain $1 Million in coverage. If the subcontract exceeds $1 Million, the amount of the coverage shall be $2 Million. Of that amount, $1 Million may be maintained as an "umbrella coverage".
