Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Each successful subcontractor will be required to purchase one complete set of plans, specifications, and bid manual and provide individual proof of insurance naming Wehr Constructors Inc., Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, and the Oldham County Fiscal Court as additional insured under the policies. The insurance requirement shall be based upon contract amount. If the contract is less than $1 Million, the subcontractor shall maintain $1 Million in coverage. If the subcontract exceeds $1 Million, the amount of the coverage shall be $2 Million. Of that amount, $1 Million may be maintained as an "umbrella coverage".
