Renovation of a recreation facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to provide and install a new LED video capable board display for the Lancaster Aquatic Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The successful awardee should be able to provide all labor, tools, materials, and services required to furnish, deliver, and install a complete system as described herein for the University of Kentucky Athletics Department. This proposal also includes the successful removal and disposal of the existing video boards located in Lancaster Aquatic Center. Deadline for Written Questions 3 p.m. Eastern Time on 10/13/2022 All questions should be submitted by either fax or e-mail to the purchasing officer The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals (or parts of proposals), to waive any informalities or technicalities, to clarify any ambiguities in proposals and (unless otherwise specified) to accept any item in the proposal. In case of error in extension or prices or other errors in calculation, the unit price shall govern. Further, the University reserves the right to make a single award, split awards, multiple awards or no award, whichever is in the best interest of the University.
