The TAB contractor will be under a separate contract. Attached are answers to questions asked during the pre-proposal walk through on 11/3/22 1. Preliminary space program is atached. 2. As-builts were requested. As-builts will be provided to the selected firm. Atached are HVAC asbuilts to help understand the system in the building. 3. Whether windows will be replaced is yet to be determined
