The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for removal and replacement of existing rolling fire doors as specified herein from a vendor that will give prompt, efficient and professional services to the County. The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for removal and replacement of existing rolling fire doors as specified herein from a vendor that will give prompt, efficient and professional services to the County. Although this Solicitationspecifies exact locations of door replacement for the County, it is understood and agreed that the County may during the term of the contract, request additional fire door replacement services from the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional services will be requested. All new rolling fire doors are to be like or similar to Cornell Mfg. rolling fire doorsmodel # ERD10 Product Code KFM 5F 22GW. Vendor is to provide complete specifications and drawings for suggested alternates. Adams County reserves the right to accept or decline proposed alternates.
