Renovation of a multi-residential development in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Scope : Work for kitchen and bath renovations at Gateway Apartments and at Disston Place Apartments with exterior stair replacements, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Disston Place includes replacement of kitchen cabinets and countertops along with bathroom remodels & new fixtures for 25 units. Flooring and wall finishes are to be replaced. A Deductive Alternate is included to covert a unit to a fully accessible unit which will include wall relocation and new doors. Additionally, the exterior stairs and railings will also be removed and replaced. Gateway Place includes the replacement of kitchen cabinets and countertops along with bathroom remodel with new fixtures for 15 units. Work at both developments includes replacement of light fixtures, and receptacle and light switch replacements.
