NOTE: The Largo Administration Building is now a secured building effective December 1, 2015 and visitor procedures have changed. Inform the officer at the front desk that you have a bid to be delivered to the Purchasing Department. The officer will call Purchasing and someone from the department will come to the front desk to date and time stamp your bid and provide a receipt. This process may take several minutes, so please allow sufficient time when hand delivering a bid submittal. Provide labor and materials to perform all the work necessary to complete the waterproofing and exterior painting of buildings at three locations. This work includes all associated signs, hallways, storage buildings etc. as per plans and specifications provided by Pinellas County Schools. The prime Contractor shall be a Florida licensed General, Building, Contractor. Please sign in at the Main Office and you will be escorted or directed to the pre-bid room for the official sign in. Attendance at this pre-bid conference is MANDATORY in order for all potential bidders to receive the benefit of answers to theirs and others technical questions firsthand. If you are not the prime bidder but are attending on behalf of someone else, please make note of this when signing the attendance roster where indicated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but it is imperative that all information be disseminated in a public forum with all potential bidders present to minimize confusion or misunderstandings. Completion- (120) calendar days The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of waterproof and repaint exterior of all school buildings, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 which includes all painted storage buildings, maintenance buildings, Play-court canopy, exterior hallways, painted signs, HVAC pipes and supports, rooftop equipment, light fixtures, fence, gates, and flag pole. Clean and restripe play court. Pressure wash, wire wheel, and repaint play court structure, which includes removal and reinstallation of down spouts, along withall other items
