Non-Collusive Bidding Certification Form Introduction and Scope of Services The Town of Hurley, NY (Town) is soliciting proposals from one or more qualified professional firms to provide audiovisual systems design and installation for the Town. The Town is seeking qualified firms to provide the consulting services for the Town's ongoing needs. The Town may determine to appoint one or more firms for specific projects or other specified scope. The scope of services to be provided may include, but is not necessarily limited to, professional services for the following 1.1 Design, selection, purchase and installation of audio and visual (A/V) equipment for two buildings used as meeting places for the Town. The A/V equipment will be for the sole use of the Town government, fire departments, and the volunteer boards and committees who serve the public who reside in the Town, as well as not-for-profit organizations and community groups authorized by the Town Board. 1.2 The two buildings included in this RFP are the West Hurley Fire Department, 24 Wall Street, West Hurley New York, and the Town Hall, 10 Wamsley Place, Hurley, New York. All vendors wishing to propose must visit both locations before submitting any response to this RFP The Town currently uses analog wired microphones, 5 microphone stands, with a semi-portable 3 channel amplification system, an Owl A/V recorder, and a laptop computer to run the Owl device at the Town Hall for meetings. The West Hurley Fire Department has no A/V installed other than 4 recessed speakers in the drop ceiling and a pull-down projection screen. The Town's goal is to have user-friendly A/V systems that are easy to operate and that give the citizens of the Town, the Town government, and our fire departments an opportunity to better communicate with everyone in the Town Schedule.
