Contract Time begins on July 1, 2022. This Contract has an option for a renewal. Technical and Price Proposals will be accepted in accordance with the Request for Proposal. Bid Express may not be used for this project. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
