Question Submission Close Date 3/21/2022 5:00 PM CDT All mowing equipment to be used in the performance of this contract will be free of debris in order to reduce/eliminate cross contamination of weeds and grass as the vendor is responsible for providing all equipment, fuels, and supplies necessary to fulfill the contract as the providers expense. A.2 All vendor employees must wear a well maintained uniform that clearly identifies the individuals as a member of the vendor organization. A.3 All trash including mowing debris must be hauled off by supplier. A.4 The awarded contractor will be responsible for providing adequate personnel to perform weekly grounds maintenance including trimming, edging, and weed and tract removal prior to and immediately following performance of services. The contractor is expected to adequately supervise staff and will provide a manager level employee responsible for the contractors obligations under the contract. This employee will meet with Grounds Manager to discuss contract performance once per week or as often as necessary to bring the contractor into compliance with the contract. The contract term shall be from date of award through June 30th with the option to renew for four (5) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement.
