Notice is hereby given that City of Stillwater/Stillwater Utilities Authority will receive sealed bids for the following: Bid #62-2023 Stillwater Regional Airport Custodial Services Any questions regarding this Notice or the proposal documents should be directed to John McClenny 405.742.8233 or john.mcclenny@stillwater.org. Daily Tasks (work to be completed from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, subject to change) Entry, Lobby, Terminal and Common Areas, restrooms, and lunchroom o Spot clean glass doors, office doors, partitions, mirrors and glass. o Sweep, mop, and disinfect all non-carpeted floors. Pay extra attention to the corners, baseboards, and under furniture to ensure no dust is left behind. o Vacuum all carpeted areas/rugs using a vacuum with a HEPA filter system. In the break area/conference room, clean and sanitize eating area tabletops, countertops and sinks. Damp clean the exterior of microwaves/refrigerators and any other appliances. Refill the paper towel and soap dispensers. o Empty and re-line all waste baskets or recycle bins in the offices, break room, conference room and common areas taking the trash to the appropriate designated area. o Dust all window ledges, window sills, and window frames and restroom(s). o Sweep, clean and disinfect floor using a commercial grade disinfectant. o Clean and disinfect all restroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, toilet bases, toilet seats, flush valve handles, urinals, trash cans. o Clean and disinfect all dispensers and replace urinal blocks as needed. o Clean and disinfect doors, door jambs, and door handles o Polish glass with appropriate color-coded microfiber cloth leaving no streaks. o Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops using a commercial grade disinfectant with the appropriate microfiber color coded cloth o Stock toilet paper, paper towels, hand-soap, and air system cartridges. Replace batteries as needed Three times per week (Tower Only) o The Tower will be cleaned three times a week during business hours. Tower cleaning requires special attention to rules regarding noise, particularly cell phones which are restricted.
