Project Scope: a. Demolish, haul away, and properly dispose of all existing wood materials including decking, railings, joists and beams. Dispose of all debris in a licensed landfill. b. Carefully collect and properly dispose of all screws, nails, and fasteners, taking precautions to minimize debris dropping into the lake by using barriers or tarps to catch falling debris. c. Necessary permits are to be secured by the contractor prior to construction. City permits will be at no charge. d. Protect the Kameoka trail from damage due to heavy equipment. e. Ensure that the Kameoka Trail remains open and accessible when work is not in progress. f. Provide necessary traffic control along the park road during working hours. g. Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding demolition, disposal, and worker safety. h. Clearly mark and fence off the demolition area to discourage unauthorized access.
