Bid Package #1 - Work includes: Generator Procurement, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Fencing, Landscaping, Site Utilities, and Storm Sewer & Drainage. Summary Project Description: A new five-bay, approximately 15,000 square foot double- engine fire station. The station is to sleep eight firefighters in individual sleep rooms and two captains in individual officer suites. The living quarters shall include a watch room, exercise room, day room, kitchen, dining room, individual shower rooms, and laundry room. The support spaces shall include a decontamination room, bunker gear storage, laundry, SCBA room, and shop. The station will include a ICC-500 storm shelter. The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked and addressed as follows: The name and address of the bidder shall appear in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. The Trade Contract Package number and description you are bidding shall be written on the cover of the envelope. All sealed bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted. No bids may be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the time of the opening of the bids. Pursuant to Title 61 Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act.
